Yoga isn’t just for adults, now little people can enjoy its benefits too,Founded by Parisa-Shojaee, who has been teaching yoga to children since 2006 after be, she holds teaching certificates through ‘June’s Yoga,’ which is registered with the Wheel of Yoga, Karma Kids Yoga and Little Flower Yoga.

Participation in Yoga has been linked to the improvement in conditions of asthma, diabetes, ADD, ADHD, insomnia, anxiety and many other health problems. Yoga promotes strength, flexibility, co-ordination and body awareness. Breathing techniques teach children how to focus, relax and develop self-control.
, resulting in a unique form of different exercises specially adapted for young bodies. Parisa's enthusiasm and energy are evident in her teaching, bringing a new twist to a classic discipline.

In addition to Yoga, the school offers classes in ballet, street dance, theater/music, kickboxing and baby classes.
